If there is nothing in the real world which can account for the sudden appearance of these entities out of nowhere, we must seek another means of causation. And since we know this other causation cannot be materialistic, it must be non-materialistic. The source of causation would then be “THOUGHT”. There is nowhere else to turn no matter how much a person might be totally against such a conclusion. (Sherlock Holmes said something to the effect that when the only conclusion left is totally out of the question and not favored, that conclusion must still be the correct one.) 
Ergo, as we pointed out a short while back, the SUPREME POWER, in the roll of DREAM MASTER, can create whatever is needed to make this cosmos work.
I know, that sounds like a real cop-out. Whenever we run into a problem we just say the DREAM MASTER decrees, and voila, it is so. But we, ourselves, do creation in our own dreams, and so, as we said before, how much more capable of doing likewise is the SUPREME POWER, especially when the situation which exists is the actual situation we are attributing to the SUPREME POWER? 
There is another way we can explain this, which may be easier to comprehend.
Picture, in your mind’s eye, a guy in a two dimension universe, and that universe is a flat, two dimension plain. He learns that a guy in a three dimension universe can picture something called height just as easy as he pictures length and width. This blows his mind as he wonders “what the hell is height?” And in this example, the three dimension guy is only doing something one dimension beyond what seems miraculous to the two dimension guy.
How much greater a miracle is the SUPREME POWER able to accomplish when he does things that seem to be miracles even to a guy who inhabits a universe which contains a multitude of dimensions beyond ours. Just think, we seem to be the Supreme Power to the guy who lives in just two dimensions.
